Artistic venture?

So after I’m done with my honors thesis performance, Becoming H2O, I want to begin a new artistic venture. What I have in mind is a sort of theatre collective thing. I would want to have a group (mostly theatre artists but others as well!) that would meet every week or so and just work together and create new pieces. I would want it to kind of be in the same vain as my Devising Theatre class...
